We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices.
Product colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and your screen settings. Where an item is handcrafted or individually finished, minor variations may occur.
Such variations do not excuse a material difference in the product’s advertised quality, quantity, dimensions, features, or suitability.
Accessories, decorations, food, and other items shown in photographs are included only when expressly stated in the product description.

- Copper and brass: Surface colour may change or a patina may form over time. Follow the product’s instructions regarding polishing, lining maintenance, and suitability for particular foods or beverages.
- Crockery and glassware: Handle carefully and follow any instructions concerning impact and sudden temperature changes.
- Plasticware: Observe the stated limits for heat, food storage, and appliance compatibility.
These general characteristics do not mean that every mark, crack, corrosion issue, or other problem is normal. Manufacturing defects and safety concerns will be assessed separately.
5. Personalised and Engraved Products
Please check the spelling, wording, and other personalisation details you submit. Engraving appearance may vary slightly depending on the product’s shape, surface, and available space.
Any restrictions on changes, cancellations, or change-of-mind returns for personalised products will be stated before purchase in the applicable product information or policy.
Personalisation does not remove your rights if a product is defective, damaged on delivery, incorrect, or engraved differently from the agreed instructions because of an error on our part.
6. Health and Wellness Statements
Our household products are not offered as medical treatments. References to traditional uses of copper, brass, or other materials should not be understood as a promise to prevent, treat, or cure a medical condition.
No specific health benefit is guaranteed by purchasing or using a product.
